As an established and successful leader, I am passionate about coaching and development. I believe that when you have the right people in the right seats, a team can accomplish anything. People are the most important factor for success and growth. You can have the fanciest marketing tools and systems in place but if you don’t have a team that unites and wants to build TOGETHER - then what you have means crap. A company needs systems and processes - they are incredibly important but without the people these will fall flat. The right people create the difference. More importantly, having them in the right seat in your organization will create the momentum needed for further growth and profitability.
While in my leadership roles throughout my career, I’ve gotten to balance working with and developing teams of all sizes. As an EOS® Integrator, I was responsible for integrating the essential functions of our business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance to create the healthy tension that drove results. I loved implementing EOS® for 8 years as an Integrator on our team. When I reflect back on all of my leadership roles I can confidently say that positively impacting team’s health and productivity has always been one of my natural, core strengths.
In many of my roles, I’ve been known as a “fixer” – often tasked with taking on teams that were struggling or needing leadership adjustments to really produce and grow. Working in retail management, B2C and B2B over the years have strengthened my ability to look at all angles of a problem and present multiple solutions. Both experiences were fast-paced and required quick strategizing. When given the luxury of some planning time, I enjoy outlining and collaborating with others to determine the best route for a successful outcome. This is exactly what I will do with your team. The right people plus the proper systems and processes will get you the results you want!
I look forward to bringing my strengths to your organization - implementing change and impacting growth and development in a positive way.

“Becky Venuti has been a game changer for our business. She’s a thought partner who not only identifies issues but helps solve them. A true doer, she holds us accountable and coaches team members effectively. Coming in during a difficult time, Becky restored our team’s morale and has been instrumental in building trust across the organization. Her impact, though part-time, feels like that of a full-time leader. I only wish I could hire her full-time!”

On a Personal Note…
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family… learning at a very young age that leadership and management are very different. I fell hard for leadership - everything about it - learning it, practicing it, teaching it. As far back as I can remember I was always a PEOPLE FIRST person. In my private life, I spend a lot of time fostering close friendships. I’m often the one people go to first to share an issue or a concern because I just love investing time in others and seeing them thrive, achieve or conquer a challenge.
A lot of my empathy and dedication to others has to do with conquering my own adversities in life (this could be its own book! haha) I’m a single mom to three dynamic little humans. I made the bold and brave decision to get divorced when I was pregnant with my third child. I was once a really insecure woman who thought “well, I did this to myself, I’ll have to deal with it” until I didn’t. I woke up one day and knew I was worth so much more. My kids deserved a mom who could kick some serious a** in life. And so the transformation began.
Through my personal growth also came professional growth - both tremendous and rewarding. I learned so much and I continue to love giving myself more to others - coaching, developing, empowering and being a part of the solution. Someone asked me a couple years ago how it felt to be “behind-the-scenes” all the time and not the “front of the house.” Truly, it’s because my greatest reward is seeing those I’ve coached, supported and led achieve their goals. It’s kind of like being a mom, in a way - when my kids are happy, I’m happy.
